If you are unable to use the LED Badge app on a smartphone for any reason, you can download the compressed file for Windows users here. 

 

After you gain access to the folder, first click on 'Install.exe,' and follow directions from there. Access the Readme and Help files to answer any question and provide more step-by-step instructions.
